Looking for some customization pd help

Hello, I am looking for some customization paid help on my gallery.  www.snowandmud.com , go to the gallery
What I want to do is change colors, Include snow and mud header, Make home button say return to main forum,
In the Catigory field where it says Members Photo Gallery I somehow have to make that a button or somthing so people know to go there to view the photos, as all I have in here are members photo's. I want to remove the last additions photo's and add in here some google adds.  Im not sure if I can integrate my user data base from vbulletin or not.  I have my gallery on a different web host, My web host is RealWebHost and my gallery is on Lunar Pages, I have done that due to space and bandwidth issues. I can pay both paypal, money mart, etc
