replacing last uploads
« on: November 22, 2006, 12:02:00 pm »

Hi all.
I'm on the way to add my gallery a new stlye. I finished the layout but now I'm stucked because I don't know how can a replace the last uploaded images. Is this possible at all?
Here's my layout:
http://www.fan-sites.org/dominic/newlay/

I'd like to place the last additions under latest images.

I also like to use images for the sys menu. Please let me know how can I carry out this.

Please help the 1.4x newbie! :)

Not related to theming, but an entry in Coppermine's config: http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#changing
In the future, please read the docs before posting questions.

We have a "one question per thread" policy that you agreed to respect when signing up. Please do so in the future. There are loads of threads that explain how to edit your menu - please review them. Searching the board is an option, browsing the theming sub-board (starting with the sticky threads) another one.

http://fan-sites.org/dominic/picturegallery/ is on cpg1.4.8, while the most recent version currently is cpg1.4.10 - it's mandatory to upgrade before doing anything else.

First, sorry for the double question in one post. I didn't want to break the rules.

I read that before I posted my question, but that is not what I asked. I'm trying to be more specific.
The last uploads are the part of the {GALLERY}. I wonder if I can take it out and place it somewhere else independently from the {GALLERY}.

If what you are asking if you can move the last uploads to a sidebar or somewhere not on the main page, the answer is no. However, you should check out cpmFetch - http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?board=87.0 to see if this can't offer you some ideas.

Did you read the manual first???? Taking 2 minutes to backup your files can save you hours of wondering what you screwed up.
