XP Publish - Cant work

in Cpg1.43 XP Publish i don;t why can't work
i check the reg file only have

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\PublishingWizard\PublishingWizard\Providers\WeiWeiWei photo album]
"displayname"="WeiWeiWei photo album"
"description"=""
"href"="/xp_publish.php?cmd=publish"
"icon"="http://www.hkwei.com/favicon.ico"

in "href" only show /xp_publish.php?cmd=publish ?
i know the href need http://www.hkwei.com/phpBB/gallery/xp_publish.php?cmd=publish
i upgrad to 1.4.10 ... this problem not to solve ... Same ...  ???
i need edit which file to fix ?
