a simple question, doubt to transform direction

hey boys, how is life?
I have looked for the whole network and cannot find like to do this:
Do I want to know if it is possible to leave the direction of the albums of the users in one more simple, not as http: //www.adress.com/index.php? Cat=10003, but as http: //adress.com/username.
I refer only to the users' galleries...

Buttonhole they knew, I have looked for a montn and cannot find, and do not have the knowledge sufficient I do it same, they will be grateful very much if they could answer me :)
