obligatory fields in the form of inscription

Good evening with all, Concerning the fields personalized for the user profile, I use all the fields in option.
“hiring” => “Localization”, “interests” => “Interests”, “website” => “Web site”, “occupation” => “Activity”,

However, I would wish that the fields in option are obligatory.
