Error on installation with init.inc.php

i get the following error message after my installation on the log in page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ob_clean() in /home/httpd/vhosts/sparkion.com/httpdocs/coppermine/include/init.inc.php on line 156

i have no idea where to go and search for the problem?
the init.inc.php file seem to be in order

HELP??  :(

And i have checked my php version before installing and all was in order!

Your PHP version is too old, docs state PHP4.2 or better. If you want to try a workaround then use the board search.
