Alright right now I am downloading the Coppermine Gallery again so what do I do after I download it. I have no idea what CMOD is and I have a yahoo webhosting business so I need someone to explain very well for me because I just don't understand the instructions on here.

You start by reading the documentation. If this doesn't help, read the Starter tutorial. If you then still don't know what to do, Coppermine is not meant for you. Use Flickr instead.
