I already made my own screen shoot or theme or that thing but i don't know how tu upload it to my gallery...i mean i want my gallery to look like this http://galeria-duff.com.ar/
How and where i can change my screen shot.

you should upload it to {gallery root}/themes folder and then set it as a default theme under gallery Config

Thanks!! now i partly understand...now the thing is that in that address it just appears this...all the themes but i don't find UPLOAD

Your theme should be under a folder and then you should upload that folder to {gallery root}/themes
something like this
mytheme(folder)
           |-images (it's a folder , contain theme's images)
           |-style.css (file)
           |-template.html
           |_theme.php
