How do I make hidden links viewable in the Igames theme?

I noticed in most of the themes that a few links are hidden. You have to point your cursor to highlight the @ menu icon for the links to appear. I took screenshots to demonstate what I'm talking about.

In this screenshot the links are hidden

In this screenshot the links are now viewable after I pointed my cursor on the @ menu link.

Now do I set it up so these links are not hidden?
