i upgrade from 1.4.8 to 1.4.9 with any problem with a bridge: see http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=36863.msg173409#msg173409
i "unbridge" it, but now entry in admin no show the admin menu

Sorry I don't understand what you talking about ,
Did you miss something  under config page or under admin menu ?

i'm login as admin, and is as i'm no login...,
no show the admin menu..., nothing happens when I enter

Check your browser cookie setting , disable any internet security App and also check the gallery cookie path
