Upload approval problem

I'm not sure if this is he right child board, but if I, as Admin click on 'upload approval'  I get this message:

There was an error while processing a database query

What is going wrong and where do I have to look?

enable debug mode to see the actual error

Turn debug mode off, see if the error returns (I don't think so). If it returns, turn debug_mode back on, post the actual error message, not the debug_output.
