error mesage on install

when I try to install i get the following messages

 Warning: main(include/sql_parse.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/cliffoto/www/cpg149/install.php on line 36

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'include/sql_parse.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/cliffoto/www/cpg149/install.php on line 36

I am sure I followed the install instructions to the letter but not being a web wiz I am unsure what to do now

Some of the files from the package were not uploaded properly. Make sure that you upload all the files properly.

Thanks for your help :)  ;D my ftp program had not uploaded all files in all directories. my gallery is now up and running
