Remove Delete Function

Hello,
There are Delete, Properties and Edit File keys in the user album. Is it possible to remove just the "delete" but leave Properties and Edit Files there from the registered user's personal album so they cannot delete a picture? I'd like the user to only upload, edit but I don't want alll the suddent delete all pictures.

User's would still be able to delete their own albums, including all pics.

Why don't you start a public album where all users can upload to - there you can enable/disable user-deletion of uploaded files.
