"0 uploads were successful"

I get this mensage    " 0 uploads were successful" 
 Error Message
 Exceeded filesize permitted by CPG.

Any one can help??

Exceeded filesize permitted by CPG: You tried to upload a file larger than what's allowed.  That setting is in your groups page.  Please read the documentation.

Thankx for you're atention but is not that ,the galery was workin fine and now a got that problem
if i send by ftp is ok, works perfetcly, but my users cant upload, :(
  i tryed a list whith a small gif as a smile and i get that error. IN NOT because of size mite be somethinng else .
Please help me

Thank you verry much , i made one upgrade and changed de user in data base and .. :o  Now is evrything fine :) thankxs all of you :)
