Registered Users Cant Upload to all albums/category's

I have just set up the gallery and bridged it with my board..... As the admin i can upload pics too all my categories and albums but when i log in as a registered user i can only see one category and one album to upload to.

This Album and category was the first one i set up....

How can i get it so they can upload to all.
