Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload pictures
 whenever i wanna upload a picture?? how do i fix that? maybe i set it up al wrong? please help

Have you created albums?

Are you in admin mode?  If you want users to upload to the albums you created you must change the album properties accordingly.

well i went into admin mode and it said  there was a critical error with the script..and i cant upload pictures there either...
