First of all when I look at the albums in a category I don't have the 3 Admin Buttons (Properties, Delete and the other one). except for when I just created a new album, then they redirect me to the album list and the new album has the 3 buttons, but after I refresh the page those buttons dissapear again.
I have another error also related to the albums. When i want to click on an album to view the pictures I get an error saying that there isn't any picture in it. I discovered by copying the shortcut that there's a problem with the link: http://.../thumbnails.php?album= What do i have to change to make the gallery create links with the album number at the end and not leaving it blank?

if the admin buttons "disappear", make sure you are properly "recognized" by your coppermine install - sounds like a cookie issue to me. If the admin buttons next to an album have gone, is the admin menu still there?

A link to your site and a test user account (with upload privileges) might help as well...
