Can I add my own menu on top of the original menus?

Edit themes/yourtheme/template.html with a plain-text editor (notepad.exe is fine). Has been asked before very often already, and is being explained in the docs that come with coppermine. In the future, please do as you agreed to do when signing up on this forum and read the documentation and search the board before asking questions.
