Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cpggetmicrotime() in i:\domains\my_domain\wwwroot\gallery\include\init.inc.php on line 35

You've set the 'relative path to your BBS' setting as the path to Coppermine by mistake.

relative part its not towards the folder of coppermine, but the folder of forum
