Can this design be done in coppermine
« on: October 12, 2006, 04:17:04 pm »

Just came across this design that is powered by Gallery, was wondering if it could be done in coppermine

http://ty.frogbrain.ca/pix/main.php

I really dig the look of it, but don't want to switch to gallery. Your help is appreciated.

Anyone at least have a starting point that I might be able to use?

It's not Easy , there is some diffrences between gallery and coppermine structure ,

You can start by saving that theme with your browser to your local computer and use themes/classic/template.html as a reference for placing main place holders like {SUB_MENU},{SYS_MENU},{GALLERY}, ... and create your custom template.html by using that saved file also you can use themes/classic/theme.php at start, you should copy these files to a new folder under themes folder of gallery

This is not only a matter of design, but also of the core behaviour. For a complete match, you'd have to apply changes to the core code as well.
