Hve just been told that Coppermine maybe old, out of date ort insecure and that an email should have been sent to me. Can you tell me the latest version and should I have been informed??

You have 1.4.2 and the latest stable is 1.4.8. You can subscribe to the downloads section on sourceforge or to the announcements thread on this board.

I have just updated to latest version and followed steps to the letter and ran the update. A;; files said OK or already done.... just got this message after it said all files updated.

Talk to your host, it's not a Coppermine error.

but they keep telling me that its a Coppermine error. What can I tell them to make them check.. sorry to be a pain..
