Change target in 'powered by' link

Hello,

First of all, I don't want to remove the 'Powered by'-link on the bottom of my gallery.
My question is where can I change the target, because now it is _self and if one of my visitors are clicking the link they are closing my gallery.

I want to change the link to Coppermine-gallery.net in a target=_blank
Can someone tell me where I can do that?
