how to mark a pic when it is from a new user?

Is it possible an automatic marking like "new user" belove the thumbnails and intermediate view, for the first 10 pics uploaded from a new registered user? see the pic attached please

I've cpg 1.4 modded by Stramm

Possible if you code it. No hack posted yet that does what you're after.
