Pic Uploading Error

ok, i've made th albums for the pictures to go in. Then i've got to 'Upload File' at the top of screen. After selecting the file i want to upload i've then clicked 'upload', and then on the next screen 'continue'.
After i've clicked continute this comes up:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /gallery/cpg148/upload.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

And, well..how do i fix this problem?? Help is greatly appreciated!!  ;D

Make sure the permissions on the file are correct. If they are then you may have a filename based restriction imposed by your host. Search the board for details on how to use a different name in place of upload.php.
