Editing colors of a theme.
« on: July 26, 2006, 12:10:57 pm »

In my gallery, I'm trying to edit the colors of the theme hardwired. I know I have to edit the CSS file, but it is taking me forever to go through the CSS file and changing each properties color code and then having to save that file go and refresh the page to see what changed.

So I was thinking of using Dreamweaver to do it with a little more ease and make it a bit faster. I'm not entirely sure what I need to open in order for me to view the design portion of the page. I tried opening the template.html file and then applying the style.css file to that html file but it just comes up with a black page for the design tab.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Or maybe suggest another way I can edit colors and know which property changes what on the template its self.

Thank you

Get firefox and install the web developer plugin. Then you can edit the css and view the changes live.
