Theme wont show up

i uploaded a theme and when i set it on my gallery only the top banner which i made for the gallery shows up. No css shows up. Help me  :'( http://www.bsbsquad.com/Gallery/index.php

Your template.html points to themes/sample/style.css for the css which does not exist.
