Exclude the 'Album Thumbnail' from random images?

First of all a big thank you! CPG is by far the best gallery out there..(and i tried a lot of others  :?  :lol: ).

Here is my question: Can i exclude the Album Thumbnail from the random images ? In my case it´s pretty funny if the Album Thumbnail  rotates with the other pics.

So you choose one pic you uploaded as thumbnail pic only and don't want it displayed in the random section on the index page? This'd require an additional query - out-of-the-box it's not possible.
