Error while installation

i uploaded the gallery and when i tried to install it www.bsbsquad.com/gallery i got this error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/bsbsquad/public_html/gallery/index.php on line 281

So i deleted the gallery and re-uploaded it but still i m getting this stupid error. Please help.

The error message means that the file got corrupted (probably during upload). Get a fresh coppermine package from another mirror, unzip and re-upload the file, making sure to use a "real" FTP app (like FileZilla or SmartFTP, not some crap like MS Frontpage) and using the proper FTP mode. Make sure that the FTP app is set up to overwrite existing files.
