Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'include/debugger.inc.php' (include_path='/usr/share/php') in **************/gallery/include/init.inc.php on line 26

I've doubled checked and the files are there. Have I done something wrong?

Has been asked very often already - in the future, please search for your error message. You appear to be self-hosted; fix your include path. If you're webhosted, ask your webhist to do so. The include path must contain a dot.
