Help! Gallery is offline - Can't administer

Hello,

I have recently upgraded to 1.4.8.  I had two user accounts - Admin and a User account.  My gallery was offline.  I did some administration work and then logged off as admin and logged on as the other user.  Now, because the gallery is still offline it still shows my User account as logged in and won't let me log out so I can log in as Admin to put the gallery online again!  Is there a backdoor or should I reboot my computer?
