I finally found a good host, http://zendurl.com which gives me a free mySQL database and supports php, has a file manager and supports ftp managing, but I can't get coppermine installed still. Index.php doesn't neither does install.php.

This is what it says as an error.

line 21 has a warning not fatal error (it says that your server have "open_basedir" set)
check your include folder for "sql_parse.php" file and copy it

It appeares as though my SmartFTP didn't upload all the files to the server, probably because my host was under maintenance or something. I haven't finished uploading yet, but  I'll let you know when I try it again.
