Disable User Uploads

Hi,

I'd like to protect my Coppermine gallery and only want registered users to see my pictures.
But I don't want them to be able to upload any Userpics.
Can you tell me how I can disable to Userpic-function, please? Or is there a possibility to remove the three/four buttons that allow users to upload and maintain their own pictures/albums?
