error when trying to bridge CPG1.4.8

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and VB 3.5.1:
    * ../forum/includes/config.php doesn't exist. Correct the value you entered for Relative path to your BBS's config file

Coppermine install: http://newdawnalliance.com/photogallery/cpg148
Forum install: http://newdawnalliance.com/forum
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.8
Forum version: vBulletin Version 3.5.1
Test user account: testuser /test

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://newdawnalliance.com/forum
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../forum/
Use post-based groups?:  0
