fiblack3dpurple errors

I have been using the fiblack3dpurple theme but got the error 'failed to find block' I have looked at the help on this form but I have no idea where to start. Also there is no config button so to change to a different template I had to delete fiblack3dpurple.

Probably it's a theme for 1.3 while you're using 1.4
Upgarde the theme using the them upgrade guide
