Upgrading Query - 1.4.3 to 1.4.8

I have Coppermine 1.4.3 installed on my site currently and want to upgrade.

I have already overwritten the usermgr.php file but what's the best way to upgrade to avoid losing comments, rating, etc?

I wanted to check before starting anything else.
