showing user data help?.

hey guys, i know you can show User name, user id & user group to the loged in user using echo user_data etc.. but is it possible to show the user,

how many files they have uploaded
how many comments they have done
how much quota used
how many file views
how long they have be looged into the website all together

etc.. i have tried all sorts but canot find how to show such information if any one could help me out that would be great
