photos not put into album
« on: June 23, 2006, 04:36:00 am »

Hi everyone,

I uploaded some pics through the user interface, they uploaded fine. Then I got distracted and came back and closed out the window without putting them in albums. Now they seem to be gone. I am sure they are still floating around on the server taking up space. What happens to the pics when this happens? Is there anyway to recover them or do they just need to be re uploaded? Where can I look on the server to delete the ones I cant find?

TIA
John

Look in the albums/edit/ folder.  They will have random names.

sooner or later they will be gone, when the garbage collection kicks in and deletes the files from the edit folder, you don't have to worry about space being wasted.

Thanks for the help I did find and delete them, but it is good to know that the program will clean up after itself.
