Hi Coppermine was working for about a year without any problem, then suddenly when the users tried to upload picture it says "Critical error" "there was an error while processing a database query" anyone know a fix to this? I already updated the software to the new one thru fantastico, but its still not working.

- don't use auto installed coppermine (sometimes it has bug)
- Your gallery version is 1.4.2 (it has security bug) please upgrade it to most recent version ( 1.4.8 )
- check back your gallery and check if you get that error again
- if problem exist then please follow Upload troubleshooting

Oh wow, Fantastico's "new" version is 1.4.2. Please download the installation from our site and read the docs on upgrading to the latest stable, which is now 1.4.8. Serious security bugs have been fixed since the version you are running.

Then when done, go to the proper board for your version. You posted in 1.3 though you use 1.4. Read the stickies for the 1.4 board for uploading. If you still need help, start a new thread with the necessary troubleshooting info.
