Some users can't see the gallery???

Hi guys,

First of all, I did a search and did not see anything on this topic so I hope it's okay to post.

My gallery is up and running and appears to be perfect. Some of my users have uploaded photos with no problems at all, however, I have been receiving some emails from people saying that they can't see anything at all in the gallery.

I have gallery viewing set to public with uploads restricted. Why can some people view the galleries while others can't?
Am I doing something wrong?

I know, that's what I don't understand. Some people can see it, some people can't.  ???

tell the users that cant view it, tell them to clear their cookies and try to view again
tell them to use ctrl+F5 to refresh the cookies

I meant to put this thread in permissions - I somehow put it here. My mistake.
In any case, the problem was related to my hotlink protection and is now solved. Thank you TranzNDance for being so kind as to help me out.
