Emails Sent To Junk E-Mail

Hi Why does the emails send to Junk E-Mail, for example when someone, request a lost password the email for his new password sends to his Junk E-Mail which he wont read it or get notified....

i have searched but i couldnt come up with any solved issue

can anyone please help me

it's depend on your mail server , in most case it's your DNS (SPF record) setting (yahoo, hotmail,gmail ,aol & ...bla bla big mail co. will mark junk if "SPF record" was not set correctly)
- check your domain name here and look for SPF record status ;)

If the email is scanned by something like spam assassin, which would provide info on how it scored for spam, it would be helpful for us to see the email's headers.
