editing comments?

Helo!
I wanted to ask you whether there is a way of editing comments? For an admin. Some people commenting on my pics have used Polish letters which appear like %^&$# and I'd like to change them into English letters. Is there a way?  ::)

Admins can edit comments, use the edit button by the comment. A better way would be to address the encoding issue.
