Custom includes stopped parsing php

Nibbler modded my template to use includes and it has worked great for almost a year, however it inexplicably started to not parse my php for the bottom bar today. (ex: http:///www.cub-club.com/photo)

I need someone (preferably Nibbler if he's up to it) to fix this urgently. Contact me via PM or this thread if you're interested.

This should not be very hard. The price is open, but should reflect the fact that this should be an easy fix.

Fixed. Your gallery needs updating but I don't have time for that right now.
