FAQ file

How I can modify FAQ file. I need to make some changes in questions... I have looked at FAQ.php file, but that infor is not there. Is all that info in "include/config.inc.php" file??? I don't have permissions to view that file... please advise if it is then I will request to change permissions to that file...
