A displayimage error

Hello,
I have made a own theme. In a previous version of coppermine it works prefect, but in 1.4.6 it don't work. It gives an error by activating displayimage.php.

Template error
Failed to find block 'report_file_button'(#(<!-- BEGIN report_file_button -->)(.*?)(<!-- END report_file_button -->)#s) in

What do i wrong?

Sorry, but converting my old theme/template and style was even difficult to make a new one.
So, it is solved (after a couple of hours)
