How can I allow to manage alboms by users ?

I want allow to global modetaros group to modarate files , albmoms , creat and  modify alboms , categories .

Is it possible ?

A more granular permission system is one of the most often requested features for future versions of Coppermine.

For now, a few of the things you want are available in mods on the Mods:Permissions Board.  Check them out.
