The message means that you have to create an album before you can upload, because an upload needs an album it can go into. Review your attitude, and don't send unrequested PMs! >:(
Instead: RTFM.
You're not using cpg1.3.x any longer, and your initial issue has been fixed. That's why this thread has been labelled as closed. Locking it now. If you still have issues, read the docs, then take a deep breath, then search the board for similar issues. If you can't find a solution, start a new thread on the proper board.
