Is there any way to intergrate IPB 1.3 skin?

I want to intergrate my IPB 1.3 skin with coppermine.  Can I do this?

you can't. You'll have to create a theme for coppermine that matches the look of the rest of your page, but you can't re-use a theme/skin made for another application like ipb.
