Making just the photos available to logged in users

how can i make it so that anyone can see the thumbnails but you must be logged in to see the resized and regualr photos?? i have seen it at www.iheartjakemedia.com  and would love to do this myself. I have searched, but I seem to never find what i'm looking for. I think I just search for the wrong things. Any help would be so awesome. Thanks so much

okay finally after trying about a 100 different searchs i found it.. i swear i do this everytime.. and because of it my karma is at -2.. sorry to everyone
