Can I install new cpg 1.4.5 without using install.php ?
I have already downloaded it and then uploaded to my server but not able to install.

Setting up coppermine without using the installer would be even harder - only people who know their way around extremely well can do that. However, if you don't know your mysql settings, this is not an option. You have strange ideas, one of them is installing an app without using the installer and thinking that this will make it easier. If it was easier without it, we wouldn't provide it.

You have a notorious record of misbehaving, including 6 unresolved threads you started. Resolve them first before asking new questions:

• Is image scroller integrated in any version of cpg ?
• How can I get rid of user's personal albums?
• Question about cpg 1.3.2 and 1.4.5
• How can I make all pics in my album "public" ?
• Cant see all pics in user mode
• Unable to see albums under "Album list "

Reply to those threads. Possible replies: "thanks, that explains everything - issue solved" or "I'm no longer interessted in finding the answer to this question, because I have given up" etc.
