I try to upload avi file but sed 0 file upload.
I try to rename avi to mpeg and did not uplod the avi file.
Did coppermine have recognise Avi and Mpeg,mpg codec?

just renaming files extensions doesn't change the files - that's just wishful thinking, like sticking a Porsche sticker on the bumper of your Volkswagen and hoping it will run faster. Undo the renaming.
The upload probably times out, as videos tend to be too large for http uploads. You (as coppermine admin) should use FTP-upload plus batch-add. Read the upload troubleshooting tutorial and do as suggested there if you need further help.
